Abstract: The competence of the officers of the General Anticorruption Directorate to carry out criminal investigations in cases other than those concerning the staff of the Ministry of Internal Affairs continues to be a vector of divergent jurisprudence. The identification of some benchmarks that establish the conditions for verifying the competence of the bodies within the structure of the General Anticorruption Directorate is relevant in establishing the legality of obtaining evidence.
