Scientific Annals UAIC, Legal Sciences Series are using blind rating system peer-review.
The articles received are at first analyzed by the Editorial Board through a technical screening in order to verify the consistency with Annals' policies, theme structure and characteristics.
The materials submitted will be identified as the subject and assigned to a section. Subsequently, the Editorial Board will classify its author and affiliation.
Concealed material will be sent along with the evaluation form to a member of the Scientific Committee.
Assessment will be made on the following criteria: novelty and relevance of the topic, respect for the journal's structure, novelty and relevance of critical analysis, update of bibliographic sources.
Each member evaluator will conduct a final evaluation, with the following results: admitted for publication, admitted for publication with amendments, rejected for publication.
Proposals for amendments shall be prepared by the evaluator clear and binding to the author.
Editorial Committee will communicate the outcome of the review to the author via email.
If there are proposed amendments for publication, the author has the option to rewrite within 15 days.
The evaluation process can take up to three months from the date of the submission. The materials will be published in the first issue, published after the completion of the evaluation process.
