Abstract: Legal anthropology and ethnology use various legal and moral rules to symbolize the identifying elements of human cultures and communities, as well as zoomorphic ones, which are centered around the essential concern of naturally nurturing their members and adherents, visitors, and individuals in need of hospitality. Culinary literature popularizing recipes and the great literature that exploits this vein of legal and moral ethnology have succeeded, over the millennia, in crystallizing numerous legal and moral codes, starting from the basic, family level, but with an openness to larger communities, both national and European. Cooking, in general, has become, over time, one of the most constant and plethoric sources of legality and justiciability.
Keywords: juridical anthropology, juridical ethnology, law and litterary symbolism, the industry of hospitability in European law, the oenology and its moral-juridical codification.
