Abstract: This comparative law synthesis proposes the analysis of the legislative framework in France, the United States of America, Belgium and the United Kingdom to prevent and combat cyberbullying in order to identify solutions that can underpin the phenomenon. At the same time, the study presents and analyzes the jurisprudential aspects of the mentioned states in order to identify the profound implications of these phenomena, especially among children and adolescents. The rationale for choosing the four states was to achieve a fair comparative synthesis by referring both to states in the common law system and to states in the civil law system.
