Abstract: The basic purpose of this article is to draw attention to the fact that the Internet is not just a convenience to its users, but can also become a weapon against them. Thus, for the time being, the whole world is confronted with the impact of the Internet on the daily, and the methods and means of fighting this phenomenon are not convincing enough, particularly for underdeveloped countries, which are used by criminals as a territory for the conduct of its operations.

Moreover, I would like to mention that the Internet is not only present in cybercrime and telecommunications crimes, it is used as a means of committing various types of crime.
