Abstract: In this paper, the author explores some of the problems related to the translation of specialized texts and tries to connect them with the ethics of translation, an analytical domain which is nowadays not entirely developed, nor has it reached the necessary autonomy to become part of Translation Studies, although the quantity of specialized texts which are translated in different languages is increasing every day.
