Abstract: The representation in civil legal acts is regulated by art. 1295-1314 Civil Code. In this paper there are analyzed different kinds of representation, as these are defined by the Civil Code legislator, the representation conditions and its effects, taking into consideration the doctrine on this subject, before the Civil Code was adopted, in 2009.
