Emanoil-Corneliu MOGÂRZAN:Interference: international public law issues on foreign law enforcement in the international civil

Abstract: As part of the international civilian trial, foreign law enforcement sometimes raise issues that are also regulated  by international public law. We will discuss the situation where the conflict rule imposes regulation of a non-recognized state or a state occupied or annexed and the situation where designated foreign case law belongs to an international convention.
