Rezumat: Pentru a prezenta diferitele „fețe” ale legalității în comerțul internațional cu date vom clarifica, mai întâi, noțiunea de date și tipurile acestora. Va fi stabilit, apoi, regimul juridic al datelor în dreptul național și european. În final, va fi abordată problema broker-ului de date, a rolului lui și a legalității activității acestuia în comerțul internațional cu date.
