Abstract: Interpretation of legal norms is an essential process for the fair application of the law, requiring a deep understanding of the normative text and its purpose. This article explores the main methods used in legal interpretation, such as grammatical, systematic, historical, logical and teleological approaches. Each method offers a distinct set of tools for clarifying and applying norms in various legal contexts. Finally, the article analyzes how the dynamics of interpretation can influence practical solutions, highlighting the complexity and fundamental role of this process in the legal system.
