Abstract: In the 21st century, the use of robots, of devices based on artificial intelligence, is omnipresent. Artificial intelligence generates a profound problem which, in general, requires a multidisciplinary approach. In this context and lacking specific regulation, we believe that it is necessary to analyze civil liability in the case of artificial intelligence and the question of whether it is required to regulate the matter.
