Abstract: The enforcement procedure can only be commenced by an application for enforcement, observing the legal requirements to this end. Identifying the intrinsic elements of this application is of theoretical and practical importance, due to the effects it produces. The accomplishment of these conditions is to be verified by the bailiff when the application is registered and by the enforcement court, in the enforcement approval procedure.
