Abstract: Nowadays, the phenomenon of internationalization of fundamentals laws of the African sub-Saharan French-speaking states is for the real. It postulates universalism of the constitutional values, beyond the particularity of legal and political states system. It concerns as much formal constitution as material constitution, peaceful States and States in crisis.
