Abstract: In order to reach a concrete understanding of the criminal phenomenon of the offence of deceit, there must be identified the schemes of thinking and the motivation of the defrauders and in order to get to know the criminal conduct, the criminal act of deception should be considered as a synthesis that reflects the interaction of exogenous with endogenous criminogenic factors leading to a criminal conduct.
