Abstract:  Who builds, plants or seeds in good faith in the land of another, can not be demanded demolition of the work, or planting and sowing starting from the landowner, he has no other legal option restore the value of the materials and labor invested in plantations, construction or works or pay a price, representing the increased value of the land. It is the view taken by Article 494 of the Civil Code, final paragraph. These provisions are analyzed through the Constitutional guarantee of the property.
