Abstract: By applying remedies designed to save the legal act, it is intended to remove the sanction of nullity itself. These remedies are circumscribed to the concept of contract validation, which seeks to strengthen the contract on the basis of the general principle of safeguarding the civil legal act. Remedies for removing the sanction of nullity are: confirmation, restoration, regularization, adaptation, reduction of benefits, conversion, application of the principle of tort liability and application of the principle of validation of the appearance in law.
