Abstract: Romanian Constitution enshrine in Article 72 parliamentary immunity in two forms: irresponsibility, that it defends the senator or deputy liability for votes or political opinions expressed during the exercise of the mandate and the inviolability which conditions the performance of criminal procedure acts getting to approval from the Romanian Parliament. Together, the two forms of immunity establish a general framework for the protection of the Romanian parliamentary mandate
