Abstract: This article focuses on the analysis of the dynamics of obligations, a concept defined by the existence of the means of transfer of rights, represented by the assignment of debt, personal subrogation, by the transfer of the obligation, i.e. the assumption of the debt, the change of the position that a party has in the obligation relationship, through the assignment of the contract, but also of the means of transformation of obligations, novation and delegation, the latter no longer being considered by the current regulation. The essence of this article consists in the comparison of these means, by reference to the normative framework, doctrine and jurisprudence.
