Abstract: The amendment/change of the criminal/penal law, given the enforcement of the provisions under the Criminal Code (2009), has been generating and will generate much debate. In this study, the author identifies and highlights the core changes/amendments of the texts stipulating the criminalization of deeds against intellectual property.
