Abstract: This paper aims to analyze bullying behavior from a legal perspective. Bullying paves the way for juvenile delinquency and psychiatric morbidity, with an increased frequency in Romanian schools and serious consequences in terms of student development. The main aspects illustrated refer to the definition of the concept, forms of manifestation, consequences, legislative provisions and prevention. The presentation of the criminal phenomenon from the forms of onset to their chronicity leads to new directions of prevention that can be traced even in the environment in which they break out: school.
