Abstract: The purpose of this research is to provide a comprehensive analysis of the victim as a component part of the crime of violation of labor protection rules. In this research are addressed the issues that are encountered in the legal-criminal qualification of the crime named in connection with the status of the victim, being made in this regard proposals to adjust the law to the legal qualification of the criminal act. In the content of research will be found the answers regarding the evolution of the legal person as a victim of the crime in question.
