Abstract: In this paper we tried to provide some information to those interested in the human genome and his legal protection. The result of this manipulations may be sometimes very serious. That is why it is necessary to establish efficient ways of protection of the right of genetical integrity that gives the absolute right over own body. Such an interdiction recalls the need that the law keeps under control the scientific development,especialy criminal law.
