Abstract: This article analyzes the regulations concerning the legal movement of land and buildings, both before and after the entry into force of the New Civil Code, with the emphasis on evolution of regulations and on regulation changes. The principles applicable to the legal circulation of land and buildings and the evolution of their changes are highlighted. The article contains considerations between the legislative measures for the restitution of properties.
