Martial JEUGUE DOUNGUE: The integration of international conventions on human rights in domestic law: brief comparative analysis between states of Europe and Africa

Abstract: The international conventions on human rights can be described as standards for the protection of the rights of the individual, of the human being or human person. They recognize an individual subjective rights that it can oppose the state or to other individuals or to request primarily respect, by way of shares to non-judicial bodies of the state, or by those shares or exceptions to its judicial bodies, or in the alternative to obtain compensation for the harm done to him due to its violation.
